Define Scope - Project Document clarification

Sun Mar 22, 2020 1:33 am

In define scope process

- Risk Register goes as input but as an output it doesn’t get updated, why?

- why does Requirement traceable matrix and stake holder register gets updated where in they were not taken as an input to the process?

again PMBOK is not rule book, Project documents are inputs to this process, and read the text
'Examples of project documents that can be considered as inputs for this process include but are not limited to:'
