Due to recent organizational changes, a number of project stakeholders are no longer with the company. What should the project manager do?
A. Update the communications management plan
B. Revise the project charter
C. Engage the project sponsor for replacements
D. Update the risk register

what is the correct answer? My answer was C. but open to other suggestions/point of view

I think option D is the best option, stakeholders leaving organization may increase risk on the project, replacements may not be needed for all, but for some key stakeholders whose leaving has increased risk on the project
