Q-simplilearn

Sun Jan 03, 2016 7:12 am

Harry has been assigned the flyover construction project and he is in the process of initiating the project. In order to meet the customer's project expectations, based on the business and compliance requirements, which of the following should Harry define FIRST?

High level scope of the project
Project schedule
Project Statement of Work
Product Statement of Work

In old PMBOK we did had term called high level scope , i follow elimination here

Project schedule : Can not it is too early

Project Statement of Work : should be given by customer as part of develop project charter process input

Product Statement of Work, no such term but if exists that also come from outside the project team.

No, from available option "High level scope of the project" is the right answer because Project Statement of Work is not expected to be prepared by Project Manager it comes as an Input to him in Develop Project Charter Process.
