The performance data is collected from various controlling processes (which is Work Performance Information), analyzed and integrated it will be Work Performance Report. Please comment.

Raw data is WPD, PM and team can do analysis of these raw data to derive some meaningful information which can help plan for future based on past trends, etc.
However this is still not a report, the WPI can be in any form, when we do a rough calculation on whiteboard it is still WPI, When that WPI is correlated and presented as port of the project status report or any other report, then it is called as WPR
