Hello,

The book explains that if a change/ update to plans is done before baselines are established, then there is no need for change request to change/ update to plans. What about project documents? If baselines are established, do we need to submit a change request and go through CCB to update/change project documents? Or can we update the documents without change request regardless of the status of the baselines?

Thank you

Q1. A stakeholder requests more frequent and detailed updates on the project's status. The stakeholder also express interest in helping with the project. What should the Project manager do next?

A. Meet with Team to review the stakeholder register and reassess the roles and reporting requirements.

B. Update the detailed status report for all stakeholders with the same engagement level.

C. Include this stakeholder in all detailed project status communications and update the stakeholder's engagement level to supportive.

D. Send detailed status report as soon as possible and update the stake holder register.

Hi,
I have seen the mention of the term "Stakeholder Management Plan" in few questions in IZENBRIDGE tests. However, I have not seen this term in the ITTOs of Stakeholder Management. Is "Stakeholder Management Plan" another term for "Stakeholder Engagement Plan" which is one of the O/P of "Plan Stakeholder Engagement" Process ? Can you please clarify.

Thanks

Hi,

I think answer should be "A" because the Project Manager needs to access and review if the stakeholder in question needs a revised categorization in the stakeholder assessment matrix. Rest of the choices seem reactive actions without any analysis being done by PM.

PS: Just my view :)

Thanks,

The below question if from IZENBRIDGE test for Stakeholder Management:

Question : The stakeholder engagement plan is a component of the project management plan and identifies the management strategies required to effectively engage stakeholders, which of the following information is expected to be available in Stakeholder Engagement Plan?

A)Organizational Position of Stakeholders
B)Major requirements
C)Scope and impact of change to stakeholders
D)Stakeholder classification (Correct Answer Marked in IZenbridge Portal)

My Doubt - "Stake Holder Classification" is available in Stakeholder Register as per PMBOK 13.1.3.1, so how is Choice 'D' correct ?

Hello,

Can you please explain the following and give real life scenario examples:
1. Regression Analysis in the closing process? 4.7.2.2,
2. Configuration management plan, and what is it used for?
3. Iteration burndown chart? 6.6.2.1
4. Technical performance analysis? 11.7.2.1
5. Logical data model, 8.1.2.5. It’s very generic, can you give us an example of exam question about this model?
