A few questions to start

Sun Jul 11, 2021 2:49 pm

Hi Friends,
Thank you for the quality of your course. I am just starting to prepare for the PMI-PBA and have a few questions listed below.
1- What is the difference between a situation statement and a business need? does a business need a situation statement after validation?
2- what format can be used to express it a business need ?
3 - I have a confusion about define scope and project scope statement ?
4- I did not have a Pmp certification, what a PMP knowledge is essential to pass a PMI-PBA exam ?
5- does a BA participate in weight ranking or play a role of facilitator ?
6- Who approve or evaluate the Business case and feasibility study?

I saw in your course same tools and techniques like Pestle, BCG Matrix , CATWOE,.... These TT does not excite in the PMI guide or the PMI Practionner. its is essential to know these TT for the exam and can we have a questions about these TT.
Thank you

Fort he question -
I saw in your course same tools and techniques like Pestle, BCG Matrix , CATWOE,.... These TT does not excite in the PMI guide or the PMI Practionner. its is essential to know these TT for the exam and can we have a questions about these TT.

Exam is based on the PBA content outline and these tools are important to understand for the exam. Couple of questions comes based on these questions.
