Who approve or evaluate the Business case and feasibility study

Business Case is approved by the sponsor who is expected to spend money for the initiative. A project is initiated means its business case is approved and agreed to be funded.

All the activities in the Need Assessment owned by the project sponsor including feasibility study.
Need Assessment activities needs detailed investigation and research so BA helps here to do such activities which helps sponsor to get quality information to do right decisions.

Feasibility Study helps sponsor to see which one is the feasible option.
