100% PMP QUESTIONS

I have 2 questions with choices, pls answer the question with justification:

1- whats tool and technique to get budget forecast?
a. alternative analysis
b. fishbone diagram
c. monte carlo analysis
d. three point estimating

1- What would the status be if the overall SPI is 1.2 and the critical path SPI is 0.80?

a. ahead of schedule
b. behind schedule
c. ahead of schedule with risk

Lets analyze the options
alternative analysis it is done to to review funding options in cost management knowledge area, ofcourse in other knowledge areas it can be used for other reasons
fishbone diagram
This is for finding root cause , not for prediction
three point estimating
for estimation cost&duration .
monte carlo analysis
This is the best option
the simulation tool can be provided with all relevant Data points to forecast the potential cost for future

Behind Schedule since Crtical path SPI determines the projects completion timelines, its a long topic to discuss on difference between and relevance of EVM and Critical path management
