PMP Exam Sample Question - what to do if team has a beginner member and timeline is a constraint

Based on the PMBOK® Guide Exam 6th Edition, and updated for the 2021 PMP Exam!
Your project team has formed to meet time to market and decided to use an adaptive life cycle approach. Due to time constraint, some of the senior members advising to remove a person who is at the beginner level. How should your Next action?
a. Team has already selected so you need to encourage the team to perform within the limits of current skills, inspire them to commit for the work and deliver results.
b. Encourage team members themselves to "self-organize" to best meet the objective.
c. Advise them to track work accountability at the team level, not at an individual level
d. Talk to the team to know their concerns also encourage them to support beginner member to understand and learn work
