Q - Your project is using agile based approach, how do you identify resource requirement with lack of clarity in scope?
The options are:
a)By Changing team composition frequently
b)Estimating a fixed capacity and prioritizing work as per capacity
c)Define Periodic Milestone for resource requirement assessment
d)Resource requirement planning is not needed in agile
i selected option c, but the answer is option b.
In agile prioritizing work is done by product owner according to business needs. How can prioritizing work be related to the resource capacity?

In agile prioritizing work is done by product owner according to business needs. How can prioritizing work be related to the resource capacity?
We need to plan for resources for any project, and AGILE is no different.
The basic way of working in agile is that we have a fixed duration of iteration/Sprint and with a pre agreed # of team members ,, the scope is then prioritized per sprint and that scope is then delivered at the end of the sprint.
