The question is about “Collect Requirements” process. PMBOK 5.2

According to the PMBOK: Requirement is a condition or capability that is required to be present in a product, service, or result to satisfy a contract or other formally imposed specification.

I answered B Contractual need in this case as question is talking about specific capabilities. Requirements is the answer given but it should be only in case of usual capabilities I think. What do you think about this??

as we discussed in clubhouse, we can say without looking at options as Features, but when we have these options we can say its good to pick requirements.
