Do not worry much about Communication Model but remember the communication methods include, Push , pull and Interactive
The communication Model is higher-level understanding of how overall communication will work and the communication model includes how different methods of communication will be used or operate to achieve the communication need. One of the examples of the Communication model from PMBOK 6, for the new PMP exam, this much detailing is not needed.
